We are working with a market-leading international firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Corporate Tax practice within their Dublin office.The RoleThe successful candidate will join an esteemed multidisciplinary tax team, working on a range of transactional, advisory and contentious tax matters. The candidate's duties will include advising clients on indirect tax, investment funds, and real estate. The candidate will also advise on the tax aspects of corporate reorganisation, international transactions, domestic and cross-border M&A, and employee incentivisation.The candidate will play a key role in supporting the firm's global client base across sectors such as asset management & investment funds, healthcare & life sciences, financial institutions, and technology & media.
