Chief Cybersecurity Governance Specialist
Job Description:
This role will sit in the Cyber Governance, Risk and Compliance team within the Technology function, focusing on measuring, analyzing, overseeing, and reporting cybersecurity risks and controls.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and risk mitigation options. They will be responsible for facilitating governance committees and working groups to ensure effective communication and decision-making processes.
Key responsibilities include maintaining detailed and accurate records of committee meetings, working with cyber subject matter experts to maintain cyber control standards, and assisting in preparing cyber reports for committees and boards.
* Facilitate governance committees and working groups to ensure effective communication and decision-making processes.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of committee meetings, including minutes, action items, challenges, and decisions.
* Work with cyber subject matter experts to maintain cyber control standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
* Assist in preparing cyber reports for committees and boards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on governance, including committees and/or policies and standards.
* Knowledge of cyber risk management frameworks and methodologies.
* Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and risk mitigation options.
* Innovative thinker and adaptable to change.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC or similar.
