We are in the middle of an exciting journey of growth and expansion, both with our facilities and our teams, and a new role has arisen. We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager who will drive brand strategy and growth, supporting us in this journey.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement brand strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
* Lead the marketing function, managing a Marketing Executive and external agencies.
* Oversee brand campaigns, product launches, and digital marketing initiatives.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform decision-making.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
* Monitor performance metrics and optimise strategies based on insights.
* Manage budgets to ensure a strong ROI.
* Organise events such as product launches and exhibitions.
Experience
* Proven experience in brand management, ideally within the FMCG or food industry.
* Strong understanding of consumer trends, digital marketing, and brand positioning.
* Experience managing a team and working with external agencies.
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and ability to drive results.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
