Main objective:

Ensure the bakery department operates efficiently and effectively at all times, providing excellent quality products and services to customers.
\
The ideal candidate will have/be:
\
\
* Two years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, with previous food preparation and production experience.
\
* Two years of experience as a baker, preferably qualified.
\
\
Main duties:
\
\

\
* Drive sales through key performance indicators (KPIs), financial reports, brand initiatives, customer initiatives, and employee knowledge.
\
* Enhance product knowledge by gathering information from various sources and sharing ideas, suggestions, and best practices with employees and management.
\
* Maintain the highest standard of merchandise and presentation in the department.
\
* Adhere to weekly stocktaking procedures.
\
* Ensure all staff reporting to you are competent in their duties and receive adequate training relevant to their tasks.
\
* Attend and engage in management meetings, bringing learnings and best practices back to the team.
