Job Description
As a Site Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites. You will work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate site activities, including labour, materials, and equipment.
* Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
* Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans and schedules.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

* A strong understanding of construction practices and procedures.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Experience in a similar role or a background in construction management.
