The Structure Facade Manager is responsible for the coordination of employees and subcontractors to deliver quality work, on time, and to budget, on site up to the agreed stage in the construction program.
This position will require the person to coordinate with multiple Subcontractors including and not exclusively with grounds works, block layers, precast and all structural elements as required.
Responsibilities Manage and coordinate both site employees and sub-contractors on site.
Manage the sequencing of works as required on sites.
Manage project scope and mitigate risks across projects.
Order and ensure all materials are available at the relevant stages.
Liaise and communicate closely with the design team, Site Manager and other stakeholders Coordinate the daily resourcing and control of site labour and ordering of materials and coordinate look a heads Complete the online daily site diary, relevant weekly documentation in accordance with company policy Ensure works are carried out in compliance with building regulations, health and safety and environmental standards and to a high quality.
Mentor and encourage development of junior members of the team.
Ensure that all materials used and work performed, are as per specification.
Other ad hoc duties that the company may require from time to time.
