The Opportunity
The business is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to take ownership of delivery across the engineering, data, and product functions. With several projects running in parallel, the company requires a dedicated delivery leader to bring order, visibility, and accountability to execution.
This individual will oversee project timelines, manage cross-functional communication, drive delivery processes, and ensure deadlines are met. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure in dynamic environments and is motivated by the chance to shape how delivery is executed as the company continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities Project & Delivery Management
* Own project plans, timelines, and delivery schedules across multiple concurrent technical projects.
* Build and maintain Gantt charts, tracking tools, and delivery frameworks.
* Ensure clear visibility of project status, risks, dependencies, and deadlines.
* Introduce and refine delivery processes to improve structure and scalability.
Cross-Functional Coordination
* Act as the central point of coordination between engineering, commercial, product, and leadership teams.
* Translate customer or commercial inputs into actionable tasks for technical teams.
* Maintain alignment and communication across all key stakeholders.
Client Engagement
* Provide project updates to clients and internal leaders.
* Support client onboarding and ongoing engagement from a delivery perspective.
* Manage expectations around timelines, scope, and milestones.
Team Support & Scaling
* Assist with workload prioritisation and resource allocation across the technical team.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:
* Strong experience in project or delivery management within a software, SaaS, data, or technical environment.
* Hands-on capability with Gantt-based planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
* Ability to manage multiple across-the-board projects simultaneously.
* Comfortable in an environment that requires building processes from scratch.
* Excellent communication skills with confidence interfacing across technical and non-technical teams.
* Highly organised, with a strong focus on deadlines, structure, and delivery quality.
