We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our client's team. This is a permanent role requiring travel to various construction sites.

Responsibilities
- Provide professional safety guidance and support
- Maintain robust risk assessment processes
- Ensure emergency planning and compliance checks
- Update and communicate the Safety Statement
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Oversee internal and subcontractor controls
- Manage lifting assets and operations
- Implement H&S audit plans
- Manage TBT schedules and accident investigations
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent in Health and Safety
- Experience in H&S and Occupational Health
- Team management experience across disciplines
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of EHS principles
- Experience in safety training and program development
- IOSH certification or equivalent
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
