TheSeniorConsultantGlobal Retailersis an individual contributor within NIQ’s Regional Retail Customer Success HQ team. In this role, you will partner closely with the headquarter of a strategic global retailer, acting as a trusted advisor who translates complex business challenges into clear, data-driven recommendations.
You will combine strong analyticalexpertisewith stakeholder management to support strategic decision-making and drive measurable commercial impact across markets. The role is based inDublinandoperateswithin a highly collaborative European setup, working closely with teams acrossGermany,Poland,theNordics,and other markets.
You will work in a hybrid model, combining remote work with at least one day per week in theDublinNIQ or the client’s office. Strong English skills are essential.
Key responsibilities
Act as the primary Customer Success partner for a strategic retailer HQ, building and maintaining trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
Translate business priorities into structured analytical briefs and lead the development of clear, actionable recommendations.
Leverage deep customer analytics expertise and collaborate with Analytics, Product, RMS, CPS, and local Customer Success teams.
Ensure cross-country alignment and consistency in delivery across European markets.
Identify and develop commercial opportunities to strengthen and expand the partnership.
Apply NIQ data, tools, and analytical frameworks to address key business topics such as pricing, promotion, and revenue optimization.
Present insights in both formal and informal settings (virtual and in‑person), adapting communication to different audiences.
Contribute to internal initiatives, fostering collaboration and supporting broader NIQ objectives.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting, ideally within market research, analytics, FMCG, or tech environments.
Strong understanding of FMCG and retail dynamics (manufacturer–retailer relationships).
Proven ability to build and manage senior stakeholder relationships, strong analytical mindset with excellent numerical skills.
Consulting‑style communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex insights into clear, compelling stories. Proactive and structured way of working, with the ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience leveraging digital tools and AI to enhance productivity and insight generation. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI is a plus.
Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are an advantage.
University degree or equivalent professional experience.
