Construction Project Manager (Modular)

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple extensions and new build projects in South Kildare and other parts of the greater Dublin region.


About the Role

This opportunity is tailored for a Project Manager seeking a diverse portfolio rather than being confined to a single project. You will assume complete accountability for the successful delivery of multiple projects throughout all stages, from specification development and procurement to design, construction, commissioning, and handover.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage projects to ensure completion to cost, programme, quality, and safety standards.
* Liaise with the Design Team, including sitting in/chairing meetings, raising RFIs, reviewing and assembling Technical Submissions, etc.
* Report to the Contracts Manager and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

* A degree qualification.
* Minimum 7 years main contractor experience in the UK or Ireland.
* Experience of coordinating shop drawings, interfacing with Design Teams/ Clients, reporting to a CM, scheduling/programming.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CAD software.
