Prepare panels and surfaces (cleaning, degreasing, sanding, masking) to spec.Apply primers, topcoats, and specialty finishes to vehicles, kitchens, and fabricated parts.Set up, operate, and maintain HVLP and airless spray equipment for consistent coverage and finish.Mix and thin coatings per technical datasheets; verify viscosity and spray patterns.Inspect finishes, correct defects, and achieve consistent color, texture, and film build.Maintain spray booths, guns, lines, and records; keep a clean, safe work environment.Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures (PPE, ventilation, waste handling).Support occasional on-site spraying, protecting surroundings and coordinating access.3+ years professional spray painting or industrial coatings experience.Proven proficiency with HVLP and airless spraying equipment.Powder coating experience (advantage).Strong surface prep skills (sanding, masking, filler/primer work).Ability to read technical datasheets and work to process specs and tolerances.High attention to detail; consistent, defect-free finishes under deadlines.Good communication; reliable, organized, and safety-focused.Physically able to lift/move parts and stand for extended periods.Full driving license (nice to have) for occasional on-site work.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €15.00-€17.00 per hourBenefits:On-site parkingExperience:spray painting: 3 years (required)Work Location: In personReference ID: Spray Painter
