About the Role
The Logistics Solutions Engineer will be responsible for guiding the technical direction of the team. This role involves working on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that power the company's global logistics platform.
Responsibilities include:
* Designing and developing logistics (fulfillment, labels, tracking) and order management capabilities;
* Defining and communicating architecture that ensures scalability, reliability, and maintainability;
* Writing Scala code, reviewing pull requests, debugging, and tuning performance;
* Driving clean code, testing, and observability practices across the team;
* Monitoring performance, managing incidents, and addressing technical debt with a long-term view;
* Introducing features, tools, and infrastructure to support scale and reliability;
* Aligning priorities with product and stakeholders to deliver business outcomes;
* Guiding the team, unblocking issues, and fostering a learning culture.
