This exciting opportunity is for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and play a key role in supporting the commercial success of our projects.
About the Project:
* This position will work closely with the Commercial Manager and project teams to gain hands-on experience across multiple sectors while developing skills in cost management and contract administration.
* The successful candidate will assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents, as well as support the management of project costs and financial reporting.
* In addition, they will help with subcontractor procurement and contract administration, monitor variations, valuations, and progress claims.
The position requires ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
The ideal candidate should have degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline along with strong numerical analytical skills attention to detail excellent communication teamwork abilities eagerness learn progress within civil engineering sector interest renewable energy sustainable infrastructure plus points.
