 
        Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Global Marketing & Communications, the Marketing Executive, will work as part of the Global Marketing Team to deliver IDA's Ireland's marketing strategy. This will involve working with internal operational teams to support their marketing requirements and with external agencies, both creative and advertising, in developing high quality marketing collateral and marketing campaigns. The post holder will also the support the Communications Team with events and announcements as required.Key responsibilities:(NB: A full description of the Level D competencies is available on Athena)Content creation and management - working with the wider marketing team to create compelling content for various channels including social media, websites, email newsletters, and advertising materials.Collaborating with internal teams or external agencies to produce high-quality marketing collateral.Coordinating and assisting with the management and execution of both digital and traditional marketing activities.Brand guardianship ensuring all marketing materials are aligned with the IDA's brand guidelines.Creating impactful, top level marketing messages for Ireland, IDA and our key businesses sectors to be utilized online, in campaigns and in support of our brand image and reputation through detailed research and dialogue.Delivering relevant, localised, high-quality marketing and promotional materials in support of the business and to meet specific market needs.Building relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders to the Global Marjeting & Communications Department and managing media partnerships.Leading on the preparation and design of key reports (e.g. New IDA Strategy, Annual Report, Climate Action Report)Ensuring the tendering process for all marketing contracts is carried out in line with procurementguidelines.Working with the IT team on the further integration of Marketing activities with our Salesforce implementation to improve lead tracking, attribution, and the use of Salesforce Campaigns.Key Tasks:Guardianship of IDA Ireland brand.
