We are seeking a full-time Handyman to join our team in Dunmanway, Co Cork.
Working pattern: Monday to Thursday from 11AM to 8PM and Friday from 9AM to 5PM.
Main Duties and Requirements:
* Perform daily maintenance duties of the building(s) in accordance with Health & Safety Standards.
* Work within a team to ensure the building is maintained to high standards.
* Move furniture, paint, and attend to facility requests.
* Stock the facility with necessary items.
* Maintain fixtures and appliances.
* Monitor and manage all equipment, ensuring inspections and maintenance are current.
* Keep tools in good condition.
* Report issues to the Senior Manager.
* Provide basic information on facilities if required.
* Perform routine tasks such as hosing down the forecourt and recycling.
* Attend to repairs promptly to minimize disruption.
* Manage subcontractors when needed.
* Handle opening and closing of the building.
* Perform outdoor ground maintenance.
* Undertake any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in English.
* At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
* Flexibility within reasonable limits.
* Full clean driving license.
