Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and successfully deliver complex client projects, leveraging your expertise in project, programme, and change management.
* Build and nurture strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and contributing to proposal development.
* Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
* Drive innovation by applying the latest technologies and best practices to solve clients' most pressing challenges.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Extensive consulting or direct industry experience within the TMT sector.
* Proven expertise in project, programme, and change management, ideally supported by professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or PROSCI.
* Hands-on experience in transformation projects with a focus on one or more of the following: Digital Transformation, Operations Excellence, Digital Regulation & Safety, Business Intelligence, or Artificial Intelligence.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to motivate teams and build trusted relationships across diverse senior client stakeholders.
