Key Responsibilities:

* Design and architecture of the upgraded Cochlear Department systems, including hardware, software, and network components.

* Deploy and configure all hardware and software components required for the system upgrade.

* Manage system imaging, device deployment, and integration testing.

* Serve as the primary technical liaison between the Cochlear Department, IT, clinical teams, and external vendors.

* Provide expert-level support and consultation to clinical staff and end-users.

* Lead technical change management efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 7+ years of experience as a Senior ICT Engineer or Technical Lead. Strong expertise in desktop systems, medical devices, software applications, and network infrastructure.
