Site Manager
Beldare Homes, a prominent developer specialising in new build works, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee construction activities across approximately five sites throughout Dublin.
These projects will encompass a mix of one-off units and blocks of semi-detached units.

Role
Manage all aspects of on-site construction activities.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
Manage the daily whiteboard meeting and two-week look ahead.
Oversee project scheduling and ensure timely completion.
Implement quality control procedures and ensure adherence to project specifications.
Planning and supervising the setup of the site, ensuring that necessary facilities are in place before the project launch.
Attending weekly Management Team meetings for the Construction Team.
Maintaining the Site Diary – recording personnel levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities.
Ability to motivate labourers and sub-contractors.
Liaising with design teams re project requirements and timely requests of information to enable works delivery programme.
Candidate
You will have a technical and/or a trade background, previous experience on residential projects is essential.
5+ years' experience in the construction industry.
Proven track record of delivering projects of the highest quality with an emphasis on safe and efficient construction.
Must have a track record of delivery of a project from start to finish.
Knowledge of current building regulations is essential.
The ability to read and cross-check construction drawings is vital.
Be capable of working with utility service providers.
Package:
· Remuneration will be in line with qualifications and experience.
€65,000 to €90,000.
