Site Manager - Cork
Permanent Position
Our client, a Cork -based specialist contractor, with a strong reputation, is seeking a Site Manager to oversee packages in data-centre/large commercial projects across the Cork region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead day-to-day site operations.
* Coordinate with main contractor site teams, trades and suppliers to maintain schedule, quality and cost targets
* Ensure safety, site housekeeping and compliance with methodology, RAMs and client requirements
* Monitor labour, materials usage, programme and report progress to senior management
* Resolve on-site issues proactively and ensure hand-off of completed works meeting specification
Requirements:
* Proven site management experience.
* Strong organisational and communication skills and ability to work with multi-trade teams
* Proven record of delivering high-quality finishes to tight programmes
* Comfortable operating within a large contractor environment on complex projects
