Job Title: Administrative Manager for a Legal Firm About the Role: We are seeking an experienced administrative manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Dublin office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing meeting room bookings, coordinating with IT staff and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
They will also assist in planning external/internal events and coordinate employee contact details.
Additionally, they will implement health & safety procedures, manage petty cash and general banking requirements, administer post/franking machine duties.
