As we continue our journey toward becoming Ireland's most trusted and sustainable business, we have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join our team as Resourcing Admin.
As Recruitment Administrator, you will work with the Recruitment Team to ensure recruitment is executed in an efficient manner and all relevant employment legislation is adhered to.
What you'll be Doing
* You will provide high quality administration support and customer service in the recruitment and selection process to enable a brilliant candidate experience.
* You will be responsible for advertising roles, coordinating shortlisting, scheduling interviews and coordinating pre-employment checks. You will respond to system related queries from HR customers (Candidates, Managers, Business HR, Stores, Agencies etc) and maintaining the e-Recruitment system, tracker and other HR systems.
* You will support recruitment KPI reporting, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency and support project work / other duties as required.
What we're looking for
* 2+ years recent recruitment administration experience in a fast-paced environment, delivering high quality service and results
* Experience with recruitment administration and coordination for high volume campaigns
* Good problem-solving skills Customer centric Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to build and sustain effective working relationships at all levels
* Ability to work on own initiative excellent organisation skills with an ability to manage a busy workload in a fast-paced environment and prioritise
* Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
