We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Behavioural Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking Functional Assessments and developing Multi Element Behaviour Support Plans (MEBSP) to support individuals with their behaviour, teach new skills, and improve overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
* Live our Mission, Vision and Values
* Ensure each Patient on Caseload has a MEBSP that is monitored and evaluated
* Conduct Functional Assessments for patients as required
* Create Multi Element Behaviour Support plans in collaboration with relevant others/MDT
