Quality Manager Role
Our company is seeking a talented and experienced Quality Manager to lead and support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Food Safety and Quality Systems. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization's success.
Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining Food Safety & Quality Systems aligned with regulatory and customer requirements, leading or supporting HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP teams, and managing internal audit programs and coordinating external audits for compliance and certification.
A strong knowledge of food safety standards and legislation is required, along with excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines is also essential. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can provide expert guidance and support to our team members.
Requirements:
* Diploma or higher in Food Science or a related discipline;
* Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environment;
* HACCP certification; auditing experience desirable;
* Strong understanding of food safety standards and legislation;
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines;
