Connexus are partnering with a global creative agency to hire a Lead Content Producer for their Dublin team.
This is a creative, hands-on role where you’ll be producing video-first content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. From shaping ideas and filming short-form video, to editing, posting and tracking results, you’ll play a big part in helping global brands stand out online.
What you’ll do:
* Lead the planning, shooting and editing of social-first video content
* Bring creative ideas to life across campaigns and content calendars
* Manage production timelines, workflows and quality control
* Mentor and support team members on social video best practice
* Experiment with new tools (including AI) to push creative forward
What we’re looking for:
* 4+ years’ experience producing social-first video content
* Strong skills in filming, editing and copywriting for social platforms
* Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube / Shorts
* A collaborative mindset and eye for storytelling that grabs attention
* Experience in agency, brand or fast-moving consumer industries a plus
Location: Dublin (hybrid) 3 days onsite
Contract: Permanent
