The Opportunity We're looking for a Lead/Senior Full‑stack Engineer to join a small but high‑impact engineering team.
This role isn't just about coding — it's about owning their technical direction as they: Rebuild their infrastructure and core user interface from the ground up Migrate from Angular to a modern Next.js + React Native stack Deliver new, impactful features that directly improve patient experience You'll have real influence over architecture, design, and technical strategy.
As the company grows, this role will naturally evolve into a Leadership position, giving you the chance to build and mentor a team around your vision.
What You'll Work On You'll work across: Modern front‑end apps (React Native, Angular → Next.js migration)Your impact will stretch from backend architecture to polished user experiences, ensuring their tech scales as fast as their mission.
