Senior Management Opportunity
* We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Continuous Improvement & Lean strategy. This role involves designing, developing, and executing operational excellence initiatives that drive business growth and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development of a detailed operational excellence strategy for the business, leveraging value stream mapping to create and execute operational, technology, and resource roadmaps.
* Coach the team to embed the CI & Lean framework throughout the plant, promoting a culture of lean, innovation, continuous improvement, and process excellence.
* Deliver the Stryker Production System (SPS) for daily management, problem-solving, and leader standard work.
* Influence professional teams in a multi-site, matrix model, actively promoting performance management and coaching.
* Drive high levels of employee engagement through cultural change and inclusion in the OpEx journey.
* Conduct OpEx assessments to understand site and talent capabilities, building capability through training, coaching, and people development.
* Oversee Lean Six Sigma greenbelt/blackbelt deployment programs, ensuring implementation of identified tools, processes, and systems.
* Assume the role of technical and cultural mentor for various functions, championing OpEx wins through various communication channels.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or other related discipline with 10 or more years' experience; or related master's degree with 6 or more years of experience; or PhD with 4 or more years of experience.
* Broad-based business experience in high-performance multi-national enterprises, at least 5 years of which has been spent in operations and/or technical leadership level in Medical Device or other highly regulated industries.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment utilizing lean principles.
* Lean education background, preferably Black Belt level.
