Junior Quality Assurance Professional
This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with a prominent client in the field of internet-based searching and video sharing platforms.
* Conduct daily quality reviews and appeal reviews to ensure high standards are met.
* Deliver quality feedback to agents on completion of quality sample and appeal reviews, contributing to their growth and development.
* Implement actions to maintain or improve Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance for individuals and teams.
* Analyze quality errors, identify root causes, and provide corrective solutions to the QA Team Lead.
* Identify potential risks to the QA SLA and report them to the QA Team Leader in a timely manner.
* Develop Performance Key Threshold (PKT) tests weekly or monthly, using results to conduct team refresher training or individual feedback sessions.
Requirements:
* A strong command of French language skills, at C1/C2 level in both written and spoken forms, is essential for this role, along with fluency in English.
* Prior experience as a Quality Analyst or informal career progression within a QA team is highly desirable.
* Experience working within a customer-focused environment is also essential.
