CFS Client Data Management Officer

As a CFS Client Data Management Officer, you will play a key role in the Fund Services division, enabling banks and investment fund distributors to standardize, automate, and process investment fund transactions efficiently.
The Vestima Service Design and Implementation unit manages client data setup in CFS, coordinating with Relationship Management Support and Client Onboarding teams.
Responsibilities:
* Client data setup and maintenance in CFS' core banking system
* Supporting process enhancement and development of client management
* Coordinating and following up with internal stakeholders
* Maintaining up-to-date client status for stakeholders
* Providing regular updates on progress tracking
* Ensuring a consistent and positive client experience
* Interacting regularly with process stakeholders and providing feedback
Qualifications and Skills:
* University degree in finance or economics
* Customer focus and excellent communication skills
* Strong organizational skills, multitasking, and priority setting
* Ability to work independently and under pressure, meeting deadlines
* Attention to detail, curiosity, and problem-solving skills
* Experience in the fund industry is an asset
* Proficiency in MS Office, analytical skills, fluency in English; French and/or German are assets
