Location: Island of Ireland (Lisburn / Dublin)Contract:PermanentReports to: FP&A ManagerThe FP&A Analyst will deliver high-quality planning, forecasting, business partnering, and financial analysis for Coca Cola HBC IOI.IN THIS EXCITING ROLE, YOU WILL:Support Rolling Estimates (RE), Business Plans (BP), and monthly forecasts.Analyse Actuals, RE, and BP financials across P&L and Cash Flow.Identify drivers behind variances, risks, and opportunities.Support preparation of group and management decks.Provide dashboards and commentary for senior leadership.Initiate and support actions that strengthen Opex discipline and improve P&L and Free Cash Flow outcomes.Business Partner with Support Functions to educate as well as challenge and optimise Opex.Enhance reporting processes, data accuracy and tools.Use SAP, BPC, BW, Power BI for analytics.Contribute to simplification initiatives, continuous improvement and Finance projects.ARE YOU THE ONE?Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA.2–4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).Big 4 trained is an advantage.Strong analytical and communication skills.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; SAP/BPC/Power BI preferred.Strong attention to detail.Comfortable challenging Opex owners constructively.Collaborative, agile, and proactive.WHAT WE OFFERA high‑performing Finance team in an FMCG leading company.Learning and career development opportunities across CCHBC.Competitive compensation and benefits.At Coca-Cola HBC, we are an inclusive employer that thrives on diversity.
