Lead the day-to-day running of a residential service
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
Manage and support your staff team
Ensure full HIQA compliance & service standards
Work closely with families & MDTs
About You
Experience in residential/disability services
Strong leadership & organisational skills
Knowledge of HIQA standards
