 
        
        Job Title: IT Service Desk Engineer
Job Description
Provide exceptional in-office support for the Dublin Hub Office, ensuring seamless operations for both seasoned and novice users across our hardware and software platforms. Support the organisation's SaaS tools, compliance practices, and manage on and off-boarding processes while maintaining the calibration of hardware in conference rooms and event spaces.
Responsibilities
 * Provide day-to-day support for hardware and software platforms.
 * Support SaaS tools, compliance practices, and on/off-boarding processes.
 * Learn, document, train, and support new applications and IT Procedures.
 * Create detailed documentation for peers and users.
 * Participate in IT Operations scrum teams to enhance service capabilities globally.
 * Act as a technical point of contact for local product and operations teams.
 * Coordinate with vendors for efficient logistics and supply chain processes.
 * Troubleshoot network connectivity and AV/Conf room issues, triaging as necessary.
 * Address desk connectivity issues, replacing cables or connectors as needed.
Essential Skills
 * Technical support expertise on macOS, iOS, Chrome OS, and Android operating systems.
 * Experience with Windows / AWS Workspaces administration.
 * Agent level knowledge of Jira Service Desk, or similar ticketing system.
 * Mid-level networking knowledge and troubleshooting ability.
 * Strong administration experience with Google for Business, Atlassian, Okta, Jamf, Slack.
 * Demonstrable troubleshooting methodologies and root cause analysis.
 * Excellent communication and time management skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
 * Experience managing service vendors.
 * Ability to move and set up hardware and peripherals around the office.
