Dublin City Centre location1-2 days/week in the office€90k-€100k/year + bonus+ benefitsReporting to the Group Head of Infrastructure, this role plays a key part in managing and maintaining infrastructure and engineering operations across multiple European locations. You will oversee vendor solutions, lead infrastructure strategy, and support the delivery of major business and IT projects.Your ResponsabilitiesEngage with key managed service providers to maintain and enhance a secure, highly available infrastructure to support 24/7 business operations.Lead and develop a high-performing technical team to continuously improve infrastructure capabilities.Assess infrastructure requirements for new projects and recommend scalable, future-proof solutions.Drive continuous improvement to ensure infrastructure supports evolving business needs.Identify and manage infrastructure-related risks, ensuring robust monitoring and mitigation.Evaluate emerging technologies and server methodologies to meet strategic goals.Ensure compliance with governance standards and regulatory controls.Promote innovation through cost-effective and forward-thinking infrastructure strategies.Your ExperienceMinimum of 5 years' experience in IT infrastructure management, including leadership of technical teams.Proven expertise in server architecture, data center operations, and systems lifecycle management.Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Azure, VMware).
