About Knook:
* Knook is building the next generation of personalised storytelling for children - starting with beautifully crafted, personalised books delivered directly to primary schools and classrooms.
* We work closely with schools, teachers, and local sponsors to create stories children genuinely love - and we're now scaling our Knook Book Drop programme across Ireland. We're early, fast-moving, and impact-driven. This role is about making things happen.
How We Work:
* Knook is an early-stage startup, and this role comes with a high degree of autonomy. When you hit a problem, your first instinct should be to explore solutions independently - including using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini etc to brainstorm, draft, and unblock yourself. We value people who come to discussions with options and thinking already formed, not just questions. If you enjoy independence, responsibility, and moving fast with minimal process, you'll thrive here.
The Role (What you'll actually do):
* You'll own the end-to-end execution of Knook Book Drop across schools and sponsors - from first conversation to books delivered.
This is a hybrid role combining:
* Relationship-based sales
* Operational coordination
* Process improvement (with an AI-first mindset)
* You'll be the person who makes Knook feel organised, responsive, and trustworthy to the outside world.
* For this role you must be someone who learns by doing, their will be nobody looking over your shoulder
