Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Business Intelligence Analyst
to transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. You will design dashboards, analyse business performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to support data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources
* Design, develop, and maintain
dashboards and reports
* Identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
* Support KPI tracking and performance measurement
* Collaborate with business units to understand requirements
* Implement data models and ETL processes
* Provide actionable recommendations based on analysis
Requirements
* Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related field
* 1–3 years of experience in BI or data analysis
* Proficiency in
Power BI / Tableau / SQL
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of Excel and data visualisation techniques
* Good English communication
Nice to Have
* Python or R for data analysis
* Cloud platform experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)
* Familiarity with ETL tools and Big Data concepts
