Job descriptionCES are an established Engineering Service Provider working primarily within the Irish Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Medical Device sectors.We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance team lead/planner to join our expanding team on a large multinational Cork Based site.Candidate must be capable of integrating into an existing site facilities-maintenance department & will have overall responsibility for ensuring the day-to-day operation of all site HVAC systems whilst ensuring KPI targets are tracked, reported and communicated to upper management.The candidate must have previous experience with CMMS systems, GMP HVAC & cleanrooms.The candidate will manage & support a busy HVAC maintenance team & will involve elements of planning, management, daily meetings, KPI tracking, reporting and client interfacing.Duties will include but will not be limited to:Attend daily morning meetings with client maintenance teamDaily HVAC alarm review, mitigation and close-outPlanning & delegation of weekly/monthly PM'sWeekly/monthly KPI tracking & reporting.Root cause analysis of HVAC related issues.Interfacing with EHS, QA, Maintenance, Engineering, Operations departments on all HVAC related issuesPrinting, executing, and closing of work orders via site CMMS/SAP systemManagement of GMP system release formsManagement & co-ordination of GMP HVAC requalification testing as scheduled by SAPManagement of daily/weekly permitting requirements for scheduled HVAC PM's & cleanroom/equipment testing.Management of LOTO for HVAC & Utilities associated loops.Review and close out of HVAC requal reports.Identify system improvement, energy opportunities and liaise with engineering and upper management on asset replacements as required.Provide weekly/monthly status reports to CES management team.Qualifications & Key competenciesMinimum level 7 in mechanical engineering or related sciences, or trade qualifiedA minimum 5 years experience in a similar role in a regulated GMP facilities.Familiarity with GMP, GDP documentationProficient with CMMS, SAP type systems.Knowledge of cleanroom standardsExperience in working within a live manufacturing facility.Must be technically sound, with the ability to read and understand P&IDs, Schematics, layout drawings and technical specifications.Experienced in scheduling.Experienced in team managementExperienced in HVAC/Utilities/M&E systems/Process SystemsMotivated, with ability to self-manageExcellent people skills.Punctual, polite and well presented.Hands on ability is essentialExperienced in vendor and contractor management.Ability to work to deadlines and meet deliverables within required time frames.Must have a proven track record in maintenance planning/engineering in Pharma/Bio-Pharma/Biotech sector.Competency in Microsoft word, PPT, excel, etcGood technical report writing skills.Excellent communication skillsA "hands-on" approach is essential.Full driving license, own transport essentialJob Type: Full time PermanentSalary Range: €50, ,000 Negotiable DOEBenefits: Company pensionJob Types: Full-time, PermanentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €50,000.00-€70,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionOn-site parkingExperience:Facilities maintenance: 5 years (preferred)Work Location: In person
