Position
IT Demand Analyst (Retail & Wholesale)
We are looking for an IT Demand Analyst with drive & commitment to work in our fast‑paced, dynamic, customer‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Govern the delivery process across Retail & Wholesale IT team.
Communicate key initiatives & progress across the department.
Collect and streamline project and activity requests.
Evaluate business demand to ensure correct product team alignment.
Analyse execution of projects and resources, ensuring cost optimisation while delivering high quality.
Work closely with project managers and the PMO to ensure accurate status across time, delivery and cost versus budgets.
Collaborate with managers to ensure effective project delivery using waterfall or agile delivery methodologies as appropriate.
Ensure key artefacts are available and maintained, including plans, backlogs, status reports, RAID logs, etc., dependent on delivery methodology.
Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies across the whole portfolio.
Lead benefit realisation evaluation after implementation.
Lead the creation of a service catalogue across our team.
Support the marketing of our deliveries across stakeholders – across multiple marketing channels.
Challenge and bring new thinking to the table.
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions.
Experience in data analysis and budget management.
IT‑orientated degree (Marketing/Customer Service also favourable).
Experience in project delivery or BA role or demand management roles.
Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, specification, verification, and the ability to apply them in practice.
Understanding of project management methodologies such as Waterfall, DevOps, Agile, Kanban.
Team and collaboration orientation.
Understanding of software development lifecycle, quality assurance and information security.
