HR Officer – Prestigious Real Estate Organisation – Dublin 2A leading and prestigious real estate organisation is currently recruiting a HR Officer to join their head office in Dublin 2.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take the next step in their career within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Reporting directly to the HR Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the full spectrum of HR activities.
Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the HRIS system, ensuring accurate data entry and providing end-user support.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job ads, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
Prepare employment contracts and offer letters, ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation.
Lead the onboarding and induction process for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
Coordinate training and development plans and track employee progress.
Support the performance management process, including scheduling performance reviews and tracking goals.
Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring full compliance with employment laws and GDPR regulations.
Key Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in a HR role.
Strong understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
Proficient in HRIS systems; experience with Sage HR is highly desirable.
Degree in HR or Business-related discipline required; CIPD qualification is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Benefits €40,000 – €45,000 annual salary, plus performance bonus
