This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of cost estimation, budgeting and tendering. As a key member of our team you will work closely with senior staff members to develop your skills and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates and project budgets
2. Support tendering processes including measurement and pricing of materials/labour
3. Monitor and control project costs, variations, valuations
4. Liaise with suppliers subcontractors project teams
5. Assist with the preparation of interim final valuations reports
