Design Electrical Systems Engineer Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Design Electrical Systems Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and development of electrical control panel solutions for automation systems used across a wide range of industries.
This role offers the opportunity to work on complex projects, develop 2D & 3D electrical designs, create detailed electrical schematics, and source electrical components.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop 2D & 3D electrical designs for automation projects.
* Create detailed electrical schematics and processes for build.
* Source electrical components for designs.
* Generate test plans and documentation packs for developed electrical designs.
* Assist in electrical debugging of systems.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a third-level qualification in Electrical, Electronic, Computer Science or a qualified electrician with 3+ years' relevant industrial design experience.
You will also need to have familiarity with electrical controls, AC/DC motors, servo motors, inverters, general panel equipment, drives, and pneumatics.
A strong understanding of PLC programming and controls methodologies, as well as knowledge of robotics, automation principles, and safety standards, is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, confident, and professional individual with strong communication and organisational skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a full clean driver's license.
