Finishing Foreman – Residential Project

The Role
An experienced
Finishing Foreman
is required for an immediate start on a high-quality residential development in North Dublin. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing and delivering all finishing works to the highest standards, ensuring the project is completed on time, safely, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and coordinate all finishing trades on site, ensuring quality workmanship and programme adherence
* Manage snagging, de-snagging and final handover processes
* Ensure finishes are delivered in line with drawings, specifications and client expectations
* Supervise subcontractors and direct labour, monitoring progress and productivity
* Liaise closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and design team
* Maintain high standards of health & safety and site housekeeping
* Carry out quality inspections and ensure defects are rectified promptly
* Coordinate materials and logistics for finishing phases of the build
* Ensure units are delivered on schedule for inspections, handover and occupation
Requirements
* Proven experience as a
Finishing Foreman
on residential projects (apartments and/or housing)
* Strong eye for detail and quality
* Ability to manage multiple trades and meet tight deadlines
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong knowledge of finishing works, specifications and building regulations
* Valid Safe Pass (manual handling an advantage)
* Eligible to work in Ireland
