Occupational Therapist Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality assessment and intervention services to children and families.
About the Job:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with children and adolescents aged 2-18 who have developmental, communication, and behavioral needs. You will conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver interventions to support children's growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of children's occupational therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address children's goals and objectives
- Deliver high-quality interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for children and families
Requirements:
- Recognized Occupational Therapy qualification recognized by the Occupational Therapists Registration Board at CORU
- Active CORU registration
- Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience
- Proven skills in OT assessments and case management
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities within a multidisciplinary setting
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development
- Full driver's license and access to transport for service support
