Lotus Care provides a range of respite, residential and support services to Children & Adults with intellectual disabilities in a homely and comfortable community setting. Role Overview
Reporting to: Senior Services Manager
Job Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (some on call as required)
Working Week: 40 hours a week
Location of Work: Co. Laois / Co. Offaly
Responsible for 1 centre with the potential to move to 2 centres

Role Responsibilities
Lead and support staff in delivering high-quality services for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Oversee and implement each person's Personal Plan through regular reviews.
Liaise with families, schools, and day programme staff to ensure continuity of support.
Support the PIC in ensuring compliance with HIQA regulations and standards.
Ensure delivery of appropriate, person‑centred care and support for daily living activities.
Manage key operational areas including safety, risk, finances, transport, and rosters.
Provide leadership, supervision, and performance management for assigned staff.
Support staff development through training, personal development planning, and reviews.
Keep records and databases up to date, including monitoring and auditing processes.
Act as a point of contact for the service, addressing queries professionally and promptly.
Essential Requirements
Previous Experience in the ID Sector desired
Minimum of a Level 7 degree in Social Care or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a management/supervisory role
CORU registered (or in the process)
Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations
Garda Vetting/Police Clearance
