The Role
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join their team. The successful candidate will manage a broad caseload of family law matters including divorce, financial remedies, child arrangements, domestic abuse cases, and care proceedings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage your own caseload of family law matters from start to finish
* Represent clients at court and liaise effectively with counsel and third parties
* Provide sensitive, clear legal advice tailored to individual client circumstances
* Draft legal documents and prepare bundles
* Uphold the firm's values of access to justice and compassionate representation
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in family law
* Solid knowledge of both private and public family law matters
* An ability to manage cases independently
* Strong written and oral advocacy skills
* A commitment to high-quality client care
Benefits:
