Food and Beverage Team Lead Position
This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, customer-focused professional to join our Food & Beverage team as a Supervisor at the 4-star Grand Hotel.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of supervisory experience in a high-volume 4* or 5* hotel or quality-focused restaurant, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate a team, with a strong commitment to quality, high standards, service, and customer care.
Main Responsibilities:
* Planning and Organizing: Assist in planning, organizing, and managing food & beverage service to meet hotel standards.
* Training and Development: Ensure all team members are trained in and aware of Standard Operating Procedures in food & beverage outlets.
* Staff Management: Support the Restaurant and Bar Management teams with staff rostering and holiday requests.
* Opening and Closing Procedures: Ensure that opening and closing procedures are conducted in line with SOPs.
* Service Area Maintenance: Maintain the appearance and tidiness of the Service Areas.
* Task Delegation: Delegate tasks and duties fairly and correctly to F&B staff.
* Pre-Service Preparation: Prepare service areas in advance of service times.
* Guest Service: Provide excellent guest service and communicate hotel services effectively.
Please note that this position may require availability to start from 6:30am on some days.
