NTR has attracted investors seeking a trusted specialist in the clean power transition space, with in-house engineering capability and a proven track record in developing, constructing and operating renewable energy assets. The Role:

NTR has grown to over 50 people over the past 10 years, with employees based in Dublin, France, Spain, Sweden and the UK. This is a unique opportunity to make a real and significant contribution to the development of a business that is delivering a lasting impact.

The role is 3.5 days per week, including 4 half days (mornings) and 1 full day onsite, with an expectation that Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are worked from NTR's offices, at 1

Floor, The Hive, Carmanhall Road, Sandyford Business Park, Dublin D18 Y2C9, Ireland. Staff are office-based Tue-Thurs and have the option to work from home on Monday and Friday.

The role reports to the CFO of NTR.

Key Responsibilities:

* Partner with NTR Management team and their functions to support and drive the people agenda and business strategy.
* Compensation and reward:

Support to CEO on preparation and analysis of compensation benchmarking for Remuneration Committee purposes. Delivery of the annual pay review and bonus cycle.
- Talent Management & Development:

Lead succession planning and talent pipeline initiatives to ensure the business has strong leadership and critical role coverage. Support employee development and coaching for managers and senior leaders.
- Build leader and manager capability through trust-based relationships, feedback, coaching and mentoring that support their development as they work with their teams, helping them to create high performing and highly engaged teams.
- Partner with business area leaders to ensure learning needs are met to deliver business initiatives and employee development needs.
- Employee engagement and culture:

lead the design, analysis and communication of the annual employee surveys, driving actionable improvements.
- Organisational Design & Benchmarking

– Advise on organisation structure design and conduct external benchmarking to align with market best practice.
- Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, offering expert advice on HR documentation, including employments contracts, policies, procedures, and best practices, in particular liaising with legal advisors on matters relating to the jurisdictions in which we operate. Provide senior-level guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
- Recruitment:

Partner with managers to identify resourcing needs and support recruitment strategies for critical roles.
- HR Systems & Processes:

Support the ongoing development of the HRIS, ensuring integrity of data and maximisation of system capability.
- Managing employee lifecycle administration:

including contractual updates and benefits administration.

Requirements of the Role:

The ideal candidate is a business-focused, results-oriented HR professional with a consistent record of achievement and potential to grow with our business. They thrive in a fast-paced, action-oriented entrepreneurial environment and enjoy working in teams to meet challenging goals. Ideally, they will have experience in start-up or rapidly changing organisations and will be comfortable creating and implementing effective HR processes from scratch.

* Degree in HR or related field, with 8+ years of progressive HR experience at Business Partner level.
* Strong background in compensation, organisational design, and HR systems, with experience of communicating at senior levels. Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives.
* Demonstrated ability to manage annual reward cycles.
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, and best practices, with some exposure to international employment law.
* Proven experience in talent management, and learning & development support.
* Ability to work independently and be flexible in a changing business environment
* Loves to execute - focused on the end result for the business, action oriented, wants to get things done
* Willing to learn the business and tailor HR solutions to our business and culture
* Trusted advisor, builds great relationships
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
