Cloud Security Expert

We are looking for a Cloud Security Expert who can support our Office of the Optum CISO as part of the Enterprise Information Security (EIS) program.
This role requires a technical expert with a focus on cloud security, vulnerability management and identity and access management to act as a central point of contact for security process issues and questions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with businesses across the UK & Ireland to ensure alignment with EIS policies and standards and establish risk prioritized cyber security processes and controls.
* Implementing security measures and configurations for cloud services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments.
* Serve as a local point of contact for EIS policy and process issues and escalations, particularly cloud and network security.
* Contribute as a team member in major programs or change initiatives aimed at increasing the enterprise security capabilities e.g., acquired entity integration, vulnerability management, etc.
* Communicate to senior management on risk management concepts, as well as specific project risks and risk mitigation options/scenarios.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in an IT related discipline or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrable experience with securing public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Experience with practical interpretation and application of policy and standards.
