Job Title: Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic Office Administrator to join our team in South County Dublin.
The Role:
* Provide a welcoming environment for clients, answering phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Coordinate appointments, meetings, and prepare materials for the CEO and case managers.
* Offer administrative support to case managers and staff members, including assisting clients with paperwork and tasks.
* Maintain accurate client records and case files, adhering to confidentiality and data protection regulations.
* Assist in organizing events, workshops, and training sessions.
* Manage daily office operations, maintain office supplies inventory, and coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment.
* Respond to client emergencies, coordinating immediate support and resources.
* Manage daily calendars through MS Outlook and update social media and blog posts.
* Maintain filing systems, correspondence, and personal files.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a busy office environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel.
* Friendly disposition and ability to work well as part of a team.
* Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
