Job Description
We are looking for a Retail Assistant to join our team. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities and Training
* Merchandising, pricing and display of stock to maximise sales.
* Accurate operation of till systems and cash handling.
* Liaise effectively with other stores within the company.
* Accurate stock counts and ordering processes.
* Training covering till systems, retail administration, stock handling, visual merchandising, and health and safety.
* Informal training in communication skills, teamwork, collaboration and customer service.
Role Description
This is a training and work‑experience opportunity; no prior experience in this role is necessary. Accredited and/or sector‑recognised training will be provided to support your placement. Participants are eligible to participate in the WPEP QQI Work Experience Module, which fulfils accredited training requirements.
