We are looking for astrategic, hands-on operatorto join Brown & Brown Ireland and support our CEO's senior leadership team. This role is ideal for someone with a background inmanagement consulting, risk advisory, or strategy & operationswho wants to takeend-to-end ownershipof risk, compliance, and operational improvement projects.You will work closely with the senior leadership team, shaping how we manage risk and governance whiledriving strategic initiativesacross the business. You will have the opportunity to own high-impact projects in risk and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Support the implementation of risk, compliance and corporate governance frameworks across the businessDeliver strategic projects from planning to execution, ensuring measurable outcomesMaintain a robust compliance and risk management framework for personal and commercial lines of businessReview processes, customer files, and agreements to identify operational or compliance improvementsProvide training and guidance to teammates on risk and compliance mattersProvide assistance and expertise as required to other functions including Finance and HRAssist with mergers, acquisitions, and growth initiatives by providing risk and operational insightsEnsure all compliance principles, policies and procedures are clearly defined and regulatory developments are proactively appraised and communicatedEngage with and respond in a timely manner to any errors and complaints raised by our customers and/or the Financial Services OmbudsmanAct as both Money Laundering Reporting Officer and Data Protection Officer for the OrganisationPresent findings, insights, and recommendations to the senior leadership teamCreate & deliver the annual compliance planDesired Skills and Attributes:3-5 years + experience in consulting, risk advisory, or strategy/operations (Big 4 or similar preferred)Previous experience of compliance with exposure to risk management in a regulated / authorised financial services environmentHands-on, adaptable, and proactive — comfortable executing projects and switching between tasksFamiliar with compliance and regulatory requirements for the general insurance sector not essential but nice to haveExcellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex regulations into clear, actionable guidanceInterest in gaining exposure to senior leadership and contributing to company-wide initiativesWhat benefits do we offer?Market Competitive Salary & BonusHybrid Working OpportunitiesAccess to Two Employee Stock Purchase SchemesDiscounted Personal InsurancesPension & Associated BenefitsInsurance Exam Support SchemeFree onsite parkingEmployee Assistance ProgrammeA progressive and vibrant working environmentWhat happens next?We will review every application we receive.
