This is an exciting opportunity to play a key creative role as we continue to develop, grow and scale our brands globally.About the RoleWe're seeking a Graphic Designer to join our in-house team and create compelling concepts, artwork and layouts across our group of brands. Working collaboratively with the Marketing Manager, our existing Graphic Designers, and the wider marketing team, you'll contribute to a wide variety of creative projects — from packaging and product launches to digital campaigns and exhibition design. This role offers genuine variety, exposure to multiple brands, and the opportunity to make a strong creative impact in a growing, ambitious organisation.ResponsibilitiesDevelop creative concepts and artwork for both online and offline channels.Translate briefs and ideas into impactful designs, from concept through to completion.Design assets for a range of outputs, including packaging, catalogues, POS, sales collateral, web content, and social media.Create campaign visuals that work across multiple touchpoints and formats.Design for large-scale displays, exhibitions, and promotional banners.Produce engaging materials for new product launches.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create content that speaks to relevant audiences.Oversee and manage product photography, ensuring brand consistency.Maintain and develop brand identity across all materials, ensuring adherence to guidelines.Liaise with external agencies and suppliers when required.Support the design of technical information and data layouts within brochures and digital documents.Contribute creative ideas that strengthen our brands across global markets.Qualifications2–3 years' experience in a mid-level design role, ideally within an in-house or agency environment.Degree (or equivalent qualification) in graphic design or a related discipline.Required SkillsExcellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD for web and wireframe design.Experience designing for digital and social platforms, including basic motion graphics and video/animation (3D product rendering a strong advantage).Proven ability to design and produce large-scale displays, banners, and exhibition graphics.Experience in technical information design – presenting complex product or data details clearly within brochures, flyers, or digital formats.Strong capability in campaign design, ensuring consistency and creativity across multiple touchpoints and media.Familiarity with responsive design principles for online materials.Strong foundation in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and ability to prioritise multiple projects.Confident communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.A proactive, collaborative attitude and a passion for design, communication, and marketing.Preferred SkillsExperience in technical information design – presenting complex product or data details clearly within brochures, flyers, or digital formats.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive base salary.22 days' holiday plus bank holidays.Matching pension contributions.Regular social events and team activities.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Subsidised canteen and onsite gym.Employee Assistance Programme.Cycle to Work scheme.Employee discounts across our product brands.
